By creating an account or using ToxPop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ToxPop is a tool to help aesthetic injectors and medical spas track injectable product inventory. You agree to use ToxPop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
ToxPop offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You retain ownership of the data you input into ToxPop. By using the service, you grant ToxPop a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
ToxPop is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. ToxPop is a tracking tool — clinical decisions remain your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, you will be required to review and accept the new terms before continuing to use ToxPop.
